What is a Jocker/Redistributer

1. A jocker is a person who Steals other people’s layouts or layout style sheet in any manner whatsoever takes credit 4 the layouts that he/she stole.
2. Copying a layout, & Changing the code completely is still considered Jocking because the jocker didn’t make the layout…
3. A person who copies a layout but takes off the code at the top....That type of person is called a redistributer…
